Positive: I booked this for a last minute trip with my teen daughter who hates hotels. It was super easy to get to and felt very private. We didn't interact with any people on the property, hosts or guests. It felt like living in a regular apartment. Love the neighborhood, food options and shopping options. Extreme walkable and a short drive to the art museums. Extremely excellent value considering the full kitchen and fridge, washer/dryer, huge bathroom, comfy living space and work desk. I could have stayed for months! We were both able to work/study in the same space without feeling crowded or cramped. Don't forget the dedicated parking spot! Lastly, there is no TV which for me is a PLUS.
Negative: The sliding doors were loud, could hear the other neighbors doors slamming. The wifi didn't work in our unit but the host worked quickly to fix the problem. I was a little uncomfortable with just the handle keypad lock and no deadbolt so I put the chairs in front of the door at night to create some extra noise should there be an intruder.

Positive: The property was astoundingly clean with a simple, modern decor. It was easily accessed and walking distance to shops, restaurants and bars. It is a hip, fun area, but the property is very quiet so there is no problem relaxing or sleeping. There was a lot of street parking and the unit felt very safe. It was great to have the kitchenette. Loved the book with local recommendations.
Summary: Fantastic apartment and comfortable stay in a vibrant neighborhood.

Positive: Nice decor, great location, good wi fi, easy access, decent parking space, eaay walk to the tram stop into downtown Dallas.
Negative: The bathroom was in another bedroom, so when 4 of you are sharing this accommodation it isnt ideal as you are walking into another room when they are sleeping or getting ready. Wish i had known this before booking.

Positive: It’s in the great location, loved Bishop District so much, and not so far from Downtown. The property was clean and comfy. I loved the decoration of the unit. We had no issue for parking and self checkin as well.
Negative: Not a big deal but I would like to note that there would be some drinking water, and there is no elevator.
